This privacy policy applies to all websites owned or operated by Malcolm Bay Realty & Land Company, LLC, including without limitation the website on which this privacy policy appears (the “Malcolm Bay Sites”). Unless the context indicates otherwise, references in this privacy policy to “Malcolm Bay” are to Malcolm Bay Realty & Land Company, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and assigns.
