United Country - Malcolm Bay Realty & Land Company, LLC was founded in 1998 by Tim Jankowski, Mike Jankowski, and Carol Wright. The company moved into the historic and charming building at 528 Mill St. after extensive renovation of the interior in 1999.

In 2005, owner Tim Jankowski acquired a franchise with United Country and became United Country- Malcolm Bay Realty & Land LLC.  Tim has over 32 years experience in all aspects of real estate including sales, vacation rentals, consulting, investment and appraisals.  Malcolm Bay Realty & Land Co. offers a full line of services including Buyer Agency and we pride ourselves in our staffs' knowledge, enthusiasm, experience, and energy.
